Mission of our dormitory is contribution to success of our girls with providing them a family atmosphere which includes safety, comfort, peace, and sincerity. Dila Private Dormitory for Girls will become a home for our girls with creating more comfortable environment than other dormitories in which our girls can feel themselves special and comforted.
Dila Private Dormitory for Girls is not a member of any corporations, organisations, associations, and donations. Our dormitory has been completely designed, constructed, and operated by Mekikler Construction Engineering Architecture Project Education Services & Trade Limited Company from the beginning.
Our dormitory has 140-bed capacity and it is constructed in 2012. Architecture of the dormitory building has been designed in consideration of student's comfort. On the other hand, its structural system has been designed and constructed as reinforced concrete with fulfilling the all requirements in Turkish national building regulations. These regulations are TS 500 (Requirements for Design and Construction of Reinforced Concrete Structures), TS 498 (Load Design Values Taken in Dimensioning Construction Elements), and DBYBHY 2007 (Specification for Building to be Built in Seismic Zones, 2007). According to DBYBHY 2007, Building Importance Factor; for residentials is 1,0 and for dormitories is 1,4. Our building has been designed as dormitory from the beginning. For this reason, it has highly fulfilled the requirements in Turkish national building regulations.
Dila Private Dormitory for Girls is established in Bahcelievler where is the most central and elite part of Yalova. Our dormitory is within walking distance to Yalova Coast, Shopping Centers, State Buildings, and Faculties of Yalova University. At announced hours, free transport service is given by our dormitory between the faculties and dormitory.
Our dormitory has luxury rooms. 2-3-4 person bed capacity luxury rooms are available. Each room has its own private bathroom and toilet. Students will feel comfortable in our dormitory building, which has 4 seperate flats, a terrace, and a garden, as much as in their home.
